We have purchased a number of paddles and paddle bags from DBV. We would like to thank you for your personal attention, contacting us regarding issues with product availability and when the paddle type that we ordered was not available assisting us to order an alternative. The paddles were delivered promptly and we are all extremely happy with the paddles that we have purchased. We would not hesitate to recommend DBV to fellow dragon boaters.

I am truly in awe of such fantastic customer service. It is becoming rare these days to find a business that not only talks about customer service, but actually delivers it, and DBV certainly delivers!!

When you called a few days ago to let me know that my paddle size was out of stock, you happily gave me a commitment that you would do everything possible to expedite the shipment. Given new stock only arrived Monday at your office and I received it Tuesday, I have to say that is absolutely stellar service!!
