I have just had a wonderful surprise! My paddle has arrived in Adelaide today after shipping yesterday from your office.

I am truly in awe of such fantastic customer service. It is becoming rare these days to find a business that not only talks about customer service, but actually delivers it, and DBV certainly delivers!!

When you called a few days ago to let me know that my paddle size was out of stock, you happily gave me a commitment that you would do everything possible to expedite the shipment. Given new stock only arrived Monday at your office and I received it Tuesday, I have to say that is absolutely stellar service!!

My sincere thanks for the extra effort you put into dispatching the paddle so promptly. I will take much pleasure in recommending DBV to anyone who may need Dragonboating equipment.
