Q How do I determine the length of my paddle?

Q What is a paddle spec?
A In an effort to standardise equipment ,the IDBF has created a rigorous specification for paddle manufacturers. Manufacturers submit the paddle to the IDBF for approval and then may add the IDBF mark and specification number to the paddle. The current paddle spec is 202A. Only 202A paddlers may be used in national and international competition. If you think you ever might paddle at that level make sure you buy 202A paddles. DBV only sells the most current specification paddles.

Q If a paddle is out of stock, how long does it usually take to order from your supplier?
A We allow for 4 Ė 6weeks for delivery, though most of the time we have most of the paddles available.

Q How do I change anything to do with my order?
A Please email sales@dbv.com.au or just reply to any of the emails you have recieved on your order.

PAYMENT

Q What types of payments do you accept?
A We accept cheques and money orders, credit card (VISA and MasterCard only) and Direct Bank Deposit or EFT to DBV bank account.

SHIPPING

Q How much does it cost to ship?
A All costs are approximate below and we deliver all over Australia using Fastway Couriers and Auspost. You will be quoted exact costs after an online order is processed (through email update and online), before any commitment or payment is required.

Q Is pick up available?
A Yes, our office is located in Eastwood. Please call us on (02) 8004 9288 before coming as we do not keep any stock in our office.

REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS, WARRANTY

Q I lost my IDBF sticker on the paddle, where can I get another one?
A We can supply you with a new IDBF sticker for a fee. You can order one by emailing us at sales@dbv.com.au

Q If my paddle is faulty or needs replacement, what can I do?
A Simply fill out a repair / replacement form and submit it to us. We will contact with further details.

Q What are your Warranty / Terms and Conditions?
A All paddles come with a 12 month warranty. See our terms and conditions.

Q Do you set up stores at regattas?
A No we donít. Our online store DBV.com.au is our store that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q Do you offer team discounts?
A We do offer club deals where if you purchase 10 paddles, you will get 1 FREE paddle. For more information and a quote, please send us an email at sales@dbv.com.au
