History
DBV is an online store, selling dragon boat sporting products, located in Sydney, Australia. Its history tells the story of two dragon boat racers who were unsatisfied with the original wooden dragon boat paddle. This brought forth their passionate goal of introducing superior paddles to the Australian dragon boat racing scene, giving the sport an exciting and more competitive edge.

Launched in October 2005, DBV aims to empower individuals, clubs and the dragon boat community throughout Australasia, showcasing exceptional dragon boat products imported from international manufacturers.

Philosophy
DBV offers paddles which bring strength, speed and endurance in the water. This is achieved through ongoing research about paddle engineering, liaising with paddle manufacturers regularly and welcoming feedback from customers about how to maximise their satisfaction from the dragon boat products we sell. Our aim is to promise improved performance whilst racing, when using our supreme paddles.

We understand that purchasing a paddle is a long term investment, requiring serious consideration. Therefore, we are happy to offer paddles for a trial period, enabling you to be certain of your decision. If this is an option which interests you, please contact us.
